ACA Raft Guide Course
Price: $665.00

Item: #15

This 50+ hour intensive training program not only meets Washington State Guiding Laws but is now recognized and certified by the American Canoe Association. This course will give an in-depth understanding of water dynamics, water-craft handling, reading and navigating rapids and general on-the-water safety. Our Instructor Trainers have extensive whitewater and instructional experiences world-wide. In addition to teaching students about maneuvering on the river, they will also explore techniques and challenges of making a paddle crew out of novices (customers) and interactive guiding styles.
Our instructors will go out of their way to make sure each student's goals are met and their river experiences are positive and fun. We will be working with each individual to reach his/her goals whether they are motivated to become a commercial raft guide or striving to be a competent private boater. We look forward to seeing you on the river!
